About SureWell

    Financial Security, Architected

SureWell builds your coordinated financial plan. We coordinate every account you have around your Secure Net Value (SNV) and a Next-Dollar Plan that prioritizes your household's security. Today the one gap you can close directly from your plan is term-life protection — you apply with our licensed carrier partner (Ladder). SureWell Retirement, FDIC-insured SureWell Savings, and a taxable SureWell Brokerage are on the roadmap and will open from your plan when they launch. When money moves, it moves directly between your bank and the relevant partner — your money stays in accounts you own.

    Our Mission

The financial services industry was built for complexity. Insurance, investing, and banking each operate in separate silos — with separate applications, separate accounts, and separate priorities competing for your attention and your dollars.

SureWell exists to correct that. We believe every working adult deserves a structured, transparent path to financial security — one that doesn't require a financial advisor, an insurance broker, and a brokerage account to achieve what should be straightforward.

One coordinated plan. Every account, coordinated. A single measure of progress — your Secure Net Value (SNV), paired with the Next-Dollar Plan. SureWell coordinates the moves; your money flows directly between your bank, your brokerage, and your insurance carrier.

    Our Approach

SureWell is not a budgeting app, a robo-advisor, or an insurance marketplace. It is a coordination platform that recommends how each next dollar should be deployed — ranked by our Next-Dollar Plan (powered by an AI capital allocation engine) across the buckets that institutional research identifies as foundational to long-term security. Funds move directly between your bank, brokerage, and carrier — SureWell never custodies or moves your money.

    Protection First

Every financial plan begins with a foundation of protection. Without it, savings and investments remain exposed to life's unpredictability.

    Structured Simplicity

Complexity is the enemy of follow-through. We distill the essential pillars of financial security into a single, disciplined framework.

    Long-Term Orientation

We measure success in decades, not quarters. Every feature, allocation, and recommendation is designed for compounding, sustained benefit.

    Total Transparency

Every contribution strengthens your Secure Net Value — the measure of how secure your household is. No hidden fees, no intermediary charges, no misaligned incentives.

    Regulatory Commitment

Current status. SureWell, Inc.'s investment adviser registration is in process and is not yet effective. SureWell is not currently a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or FINRA member, and does not currently act in a fiduciary capacity. SureWell provides educational financial information, planning tools, and illustrative estimates — not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.

SureWell Retirement is not yet available. When it launches, brokerage and custody services will be provided by Alpaca Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC; securities and any uninvested cash held there will be protected by SIPC up to applicable limits ($500,000 total, including $250,000 in cash) and will not be FDIC-insured. Life-insurance coverage is currently the only product available through SureWell — it is offered and, if issued, underwritten by licensed third-party carriers (currently Ladder). SureWell, Inc. is a technology coordination platform and is not itself a broker-dealer, bank, or insurance carrier; your money stays in accounts you own.

SureWell is built on SOC 2 Type II–audited infrastructure and operates internal controls aligned with the AICPA Trust Services Criteria. Sensitive information is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), and we never sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
