Disclosures
Last updated: February 1, 2026
Important Information
These disclosures summarize important legal, regulatory, and product-specific information for SureWell's life protection, retirement, and cash account features. At this time, term-life protection (via our licensed carrier partner, Ladder) is the only product available through SureWell; SureWell Retirement, SureWell Savings, and SureWell Brokerage are on the roadmap and are not yet available. Retirement and cash-account disclosures below describe how those products will be operated when they launch. Product availability, pricing, eligibility, and account approval are subject to partner review and applicable law.
Regulatory Status (Interim)
SureWell, Inc.'s investment adviser registration is in process and is not yet effective. SureWell is not currently a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or FINRA member, and does not currently act in a fiduciary capacity. SureWell provides educational financial information, planning tools, and illustrative estimates — not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.
SureWell Retirement accounts are not yet available. When they launch, brokerage and custody services will be provided by Alpaca Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC. Life-insurance coverage discussed or quoted through SureWell is offered and, if issued, underwritten by licensed third-party carriers (currently Ladder), and is currently the only fulfillment available through SureWell. SureWell is a coordination platform and is not itself a bank, broker-dealer, or insurance carrier, and never holds or custodies client funds.

Secure Net Value Methodology
Your Secure Net Value (SNV) is a single illustrative metric that sums three components as of the current date: (1) linked liquid savings balances, (2) retirement account balances (currently, any linked external retirement accounts; SureWell Retirement is on the roadmap and, when launched, will be included), and (3) the face-value death benefit of any in-force life-insurance policy coordinated through SureWell (subject to a cap for display purposes). SNV is not net worth and is not a liquid cash balance — the protection component represents insurance coverage, not money you can withdraw. See the general Methodology section below for projection assumptions.
Methodology
Projected values (including Future Secure Value, Security Gap, and plan recommendations) are computed by compounding current balances and modeled monthly contributions to age 65 using risk-profile-specific real (inflation-adjusted) return assumptions and an inflation assumption of 2.5%. Retirement contributions are capped at the current IRS annual limits. Life-insurance face value is carried forward flat and is not compounded. Projections are illustrative only, are not investment advice, and do not guarantee future results; actual outcomes will vary with markets, contribution behavior, tax law, and personal circumstances.
General Legal Notice
SureWell is not a bank or insurance carrier. Securities involve risk and may lose value. Insurance coverage is subject to underwriting and policy terms. Cash balances may be eligible for pass-through FDIC insurance only when held at participating insured depository institutions and subject to applicable limits.
